Brian, originally from Clifton, NJ, resided in Providence, RI, while attending Johnson and Wales University for Culinary Arts. His career path after school led him to Tampa, FL, to serve at the Grand Hyatt in Tampa Bay where he worked in all three of their renowned restaurants and banquets kitchen. In 2016, Brian was then promoted to Kitchen Supervisor and moved to the Hyatt Regency in Savannah, GA, where he managed Moss & Oak restaurant, banquets, and stewarding department. In 2021 Brian came to Austin Country Club as the Sous Chef.
