| The Austin Country Club offers the following types of memberships: |

| CLASS A Family |
| Class A membership includes the use of all Club facilities: golf, tennis, swimming and clubhouse for the member, spouse and all dependent children under 21 years of age. The Class A member is a voting member of the Club and must pay an initiation fee to join. |

| CLASS B Intermediate and Single |
| Class B membership is a reduced price membership for those who are either under 33 years of age (using the elder spouse's birthday) or are single. This membership includes the use of all Club facilities: golf, tennis, swimming and clubhouse for the member, spouse and dependent children under 21 years of age. The Class B member is a voting member of the Club and must pay an initiation fee to join. |

| CLASS D Social |
| Class D membership includes the use of the swimming pool and clubhouse facilities for the member, spouse and dependent children less than 21 years of age. The Class D member may elect to be either a voting or non-voting member. If the member chooses to be a voting member, the member must pay an initiation fee to join. |

| CLASS I Tennis |
| Class I membership includes the use of the tennis courts, pool facilities and clubhouse, but not golf privileges, for the member, spouse and all dependent children under 21 years of age. The Class I member is a voting member of the Club and must pay an initiation fee to join. |
