| The Austin Country Club offers the following types of
memberships: |

| CLASS A Family |
| Class A membership includes the use of all Club facilities:
golf, tennis, swimming and clubhouse for the member, spouse and all dependent
children under 21 years of age. The Class A member is a voting member of
the Club and must pay an initiation fee to join. |

| CLASS B Intermediate and Single |
| Class B membership is a reduced price membership for
those who are either under 38 years of age (using the elder spouse's birthday)
or are single. This membership includes the use of all Club facilities:
golf, tennis, swimming and clubhouse for the member, spouse and dependent
children under 21 years of age. The Class B member is a voting member of
the Club and must pay an initiation fee to join. |

| CLASS D Social |
| Class D membership includes the use of the swimming
pool, tennis courts and clubhouse facilities for the member, spouse and
dependent children less than 21 years of age. As of November 2008, a new
Class D member is a voting member and must pay an initiation fee to join.
