Social adult and family events are planned throughout the typical year. These may include such traditions as the Gala Holiday Buffet and the Santa Brunch in December, the elegant Mother's Day Champagne Brunch in May, or the Easter Sunday Brunch Extravaganza preceded on Saturday by the sure hit of the Children's Easter Egg Hunt complete with petting zoo and of course a visit by the Easter Bunny. Other family orientated events include the annual pool party and the Children's Fishing Contest in August. Many adult social events are planned during the year as well, such as member Ladies' Night Out in January, February and March, the annual Ladies' Spring Luncheon the first Saturday of May, a special Sweetheart Valentine's Day dinner and various themed buffets including Seafood Night. Rounding out the year is the Gala New Year's Eve with special dinner menu, entertainment and of course the traditional ringing in the New Year at midnight complete with a fantastic fireworks display. In addition to these family and adult social events, the year is scattered with several golf related special events. Some of which are the summer favorite Friday Night Twilight Golf outings, the annual Ladies' and Men's Invitational Golf Tournaments as well as several Sunday Racehorse events.
